Tae Kwon Do Schedule

All ages:
Monday 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Adults ages 13 and over:
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00–7:15 p.m.

Youth ages 7 through 16:
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00–6:00 p.m.

Black Belt training 2nd/3rd/4th Saturday

of every month from 10:30-12:00 noon


Demo Team 1st Saturday of the month 10:30-11:30 am.

Private Lessons Also Available.


Chung Do Kids Schedule

Monday:
4-7 year olds 5:00-5:30 pm.

Saturday mornings:
4&5 year olds 9:30-10:00 a.m..
6-8 year olds 10:00-10:30 a.m.




 

 

Yoga Schedule

Tuesday and Thursday 7:30–9:00 p.m.
Senior class Wednesday 9:30–11:00 a.m.

 

Zumba

Monday 6:30-7:30 pm.
Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Friday 10:30-11:30 am. with babysitting provided upon request
Saturday 8:00-9:00 a.m

10 week session $69. If you want to just drop in for one class the fee is only $10.00
