It is high energy and motivating and it is designed for everyone – from those looking to get in shape and for those who seek the ultimate workout. This total body workout can improve strength, cardio fitness, overall flexibility, coordination and balance. Blending elements of traditional aerobics, boxing and martial arts, it’s
also a great way to release stress. Our cardio kickboxing classes are
a fun experience too; after all, you’re not really in training for
